De Moya Foundation Partnership Campaign

Teamwork Makes the Dream Work

Did you know? Our co-Founder Cris knew at a young age when she started her future company that it would be a beacon of diversity and inclusion, a place where the world could look in and see what is possible. Thirty-six employees later, she and Claire have created that space right in the FrameWorks’ workroom. And beyond…
Finding a kindred visionary spirit in the community, Cris and Claire have established a lasting relationship with de Moya Foundation, a non-profit organization that is committed to creating employment opportunities for young adults with unique abilities. As partners and advocates, FrameWorks and de Moya have worked together to offer belonging and job opportunities in the workroom to three team members and their job coaches.
Prior to de Moya, FrameWorks did not have this specially abled representation on the team and knew it would benefit everyone involved. Joey has been with FrameWorks for 1.5 years, Katie more recently, and just last week, the growing team welcomed Marty. Having these three individuals join FrameWorks embodies just how much Cris and Claire believe “the world changes in small little steps.”
For their most recent collaboration, de Moya asked the FrameWorks team if they would like to join them in participating in the Special Olympics for 2022. They quickly said “yes” and were paired with young adults on the Olympics team. FrameWorks members traveled to Orlando and supported #TeamdeMoya at the State Finals!
Teamwork really does make the dream work and we are honored to have a partner like de Moya who values diversity and inclusion as much as we do. Happy International Day of Friendship!
